Nobu # Tel: 04 426 2626 Nobu Cuisine: Japanese Food: the food is awesome. we tried their sushi/sashimi, the Black Cod and Salmon Skin Salad. The Black cod was one of the best meals I have ever had. And I highly recommend the Salmon Skin Salad as well. Service: The staff is friendly and know their dishes pretty well, and explain every dish while you make your selection but when we asked the waiter to suggest something, he did suggest the most expensive dish. Ambiance: Putting the expensive up sell aside, this restaurant is highly recommended. Loved the decoration and the warm ambiance. Price: it’s definitely over priced food, but the overall experience is worth it.
