My Experience With HSBC

Due to recession a lot of banks reduced the credit’s limit for their clients and HSBC was one of them. 1-I’m a client in HSBC for 18 months till now my credit’s limit was 30000 dhs. While I was buying I found my card was not honored and they informed me you may passed the limit for your credit in the second day I called HSBC and I found my limit decreased to 13000 dhs without any prior notice by mail neither sms and not only that they also requested me to pay over charges limit!!! So I have to pay for their own mistakes. 2-When I have any inquiry usually face a lot of people during the calls they will hold the line to ask other persons and from person to another then I found my self getting nothing about my inquiry and this reflects how far experience in career they have. 3- On May 11, 2009 I called them to know my credit charges I should pay and they informed me that one transaction happened in the last month statement which wasn’t true I didn’t make that!! Then I confirmed with them again in the next day they told me as usual wait till check it and it’s better for me to visit the bank. Then another person called me and requested me to pay another charges completely different than the previous and with no any transaction!!! So I can’t get what they are doing?? And how is their system working??
